CounterAct Electronic Rustproofing Field Evaluations:
"CounterAct electronic rust protection for salt harvesting trucks"
IMC Kalium Ogden Corp. (1998)
(Brine Harvesting Operation)
"...the conditions that our equipment routinely encounters in salt harvesting are among the most severe corrosion promoting environments."
"...on our pickups, metal exposed from scratches and dents can perforate in 3-6 months time if left unattended."
"...have used the CounterAct electronic rust protection system for over 10 years and stock it for routine installation on all new trucks."
"...the operating life of our trucks was more than doubled between rebuilds."

"CounterAct electronic rust protection for brine harvesting equipment"
Great Salt Lake Mineral Corp.
(brine harvesting operation)
"...we stock the CounterAct electronic rust protection systems routinely for use on all our trucks and have used it for about 15 years."
"The CounterAct electronic rust protection systems have extended the average working life of our trucks by at least 2 years."
"...many of the fellows have a CounterAct electronic rust protection system on their personal vehicles as well after seeing what they do in the field."
I have one on my own car I really believe in CounterAct's effectiveness."

"CounterAct electronic rust protection on fire trucks"
R. B. Burcham
Fire Dept. Equipment Foreman (1991)
"We took delivery on 4 similar fire trucks and installed the CounterAct electronic rust protection systems on 2 of these. After 30 months, visual inspection of the trucks revealed that the trucks were rust free while the 2 unprotected fire trucks already had rust forming.
On the ladder truck which had undergone extensive rust repair and on which a system was fitted afterwards, there was no evidence of further rusting at the repair site despite the use of dissimilar metals (steel and aluminum) in the repair.
On the unrepaired areas of the truck there was no sign of the existing rust progressing. Although these are subjective observations I am satisfied that the CounterAct electronic rust protection systems have proven very effective under the harsh conditions in which our fire trucks and equipment operates."

"CounterAct electronic rust protection on steel and aluminum boat trailers"
EZ Loader Boat Trailers (2001)
(North America's largest marine trailer manufacturer)
The Southeast division of EZ Loader Boat Trailers is a manufacturer of both aluminum and galvanized boat trailers. We tested a CounterAct electronic corrosion control system on one of our aluminum trailers. The trailer has aluminum I-beams as its main frame with galvanized steel cross-members and zinc plated hardware. We have observed the following after one year of use:
1.The trailer shows very small amounts of corrosion, if any.
2.The hardware is in perfect condition showing no corrosion.
In Florida we have extreme salt water conditions and I firmly believe that this trailer would show heavy corrosion if it did not have the CounterAct system.
We at EZ Loader are true believers of the CounterAct electronic corrosion control system and therefore are currently offering the system on all our trailers.

"CounterAct Electronic rust protection on heavy mining equipment"
Clough Engineering Group,
Telfer Mining (1999)
We first installed a CounterAct "electronic rust protection" system in a Wagner ST 7.5 loader about 2 years ago. The machine left this site some 2 months later and I lost sight of it until January of this year. We had used a grinder to polish an area under a wheel arch to monitor the success or otherwise of the system.
I was pleased to see that the unpainted patch was still free from rust. As we are in the planning stages of replacing our fleet we are including CounterAct "electronic rust protection" on each new machine. In fact we have just purchased an Elphinstone R1700 to which we have fitted the system.
The cost of the system is negligible compared to our corrosion problems, even in the first few months of a machine's service life."
